Maria has over twenty years of continuous experience in Controllership, Financial Management and Management Accounting and Auditing functions for private and public sector Toronto-based companies within the land development, home building and construction sectors. Her significant competencies in Management, Auditing, Project Accounting, Proformas and Financial Forecasting support Delta Urban and RWCI’s ability to provide its client base with a customized range of cost-effective financial and project services. She is also pursing her CACPT in order to expand and complement her knowledge of the land development industry and to add Urban Planning studies to her professional development. In 2020, Maria became a partner at Delta Urban. Maria plays a critical role in the Delta Urban team and it's commitment to excellence and has contributed greatly in helping to exceed our client’s needs over the years.
